I can honestly say that my time at Ledet Training grew me enormously as an instructor. This is another client I never actually met face to face, even though I worked for him for five years. The company is based in New Orleans. Sterling Ledet was an awesome guy to work for, because his management style was all about hiring the best, and treating his employees accordingly. I had fun every single day that I went to work for Ledet Training. The assignments were always challenging, I had a great deal of autonomy as to how I taught my classes, and as long as I continued to bring in perfect client evaluations (I never once scored less than a 9 out of a perfect 10), he made money and paid me well. 

And because he made his clients and his contractors so happy, we never had classes with empty seats. Every class I ever taught for him was booked solid. Ledet Training truly appreciated my ability to teach exotic software programs and used me frequently for it. For awhile, there was no other place in Chicago (and therefore, the Midwest) to get FrameMaker training except from me, at Ledet Training.
